How to use the Leadership Values Tool
- Open the tool and skim the cards to familiarize yourself with the core values, such as Integrity, Efficiency, and Teamwork.
- Drag each value card into one of three buckets: Definitely Me, Mostly Me, or Not Me.
- Follow the prompts to select your top 10 values.
- Narrow those down to your top 5 core values.
- Enter your name and email to generate your personalized PDF. A copy will be emailed to you.
- Share the tool with your team and discuss each other’s results (sample questions below).

Comparing and Sharing as a Team
- Where do we see overlap in our values across the group?
- Which values are unique—chosen by only one or two people? What does that add to the team?
- What patterns do you notice about how our group thinks about leadership?

- How can our top values as a group guide how we work together day to day?
- Are there values we want to be more intentional about practicing as a team?
